ResourceSample Student LPI ReportThe Student Leadership Practices Inventory (Student LPI) is available online and in paper form. Regardless of which version students complete, the assessment administrator can provide different degrees of personalized reports. A traditional report runs about 16 pages long and includes detailed information about the student's self-reporting scores and their anonymous observers. This provides students and educators with a valuable 360º perspective of the student's leadership behavior. Using the results from the Student LPI report can help educators and students use multiple strategies to work in increasing the frequency of specific behaviors that research shows are found in the most effective leaders. |
