Donna WarnerDonna Warner has taught The Leadership Challenge for the last four years to a wide variety of public service audiences and is currently pursuing certification as a Master Trainer. She joined The Student Leadership Challenge trainers in 2015.
Donna is an instructor at the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In this capacity, she directs the Local Elected Leaders Academy, an education and training program for North Carolina’s municipal and county elected officials.
She also works with faculty to design and implement education and training programs for city and county managers and department heads. Donna teaches management and leadership courses to city/county managers, department heads, chief district court judges and local elected leaders.
She also conducts planning and board retreats for multiple North Carolina municipalities and counties, helping boards plan and work together to solve public problems.
Donna brings expertise in budget and management analysis, strategic planning, human resource administration, and retreat facilitation.
Donna earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.P.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
